    • Patient Navigator Program: Through this free telephone resource, you can speak with a navigator who is familiar with stem cell transplant and who will listen, share tips, help you deal with challenges, and support you in taking care of yourself.
    • Peer Connect: This free program connects you with other patients and caregivers who have been through the transplant journey. Volunteers are available by phone or email.
    • Counseling Services: Free one-to-one telephone counseling and support groups for caregivers and patients are available.
    • Video: In this video by the National Marrow Donor Program, caregivers describe what caregiving was like for them, and hear patients share what their caregivers meant to them.
