Carrot Lemon Apple Juice

Ingredients:
- 4 medium carrots
- 1/2 medium lemon
- 1/4 lime (optional)
- 1 Asian pear or an apple
- 1 small, 2-inch wedge red cabbage
- 1-inch round piece fresh ginger
Directions:
Put all ingredients through a juicer. Drink and enjoy.
Yield:
2-3 servings
