Our Programs and Workshops
We sponsor many programs and workshops for patients and families, including:
Nutrition: Separating Facts from Fiction: Led by expert Dana-Farber nutritionists, this group series is designed for patients to better understand healthy eating during and after cancer treatment. Each session focuses on a different nutrition
topic, with time for discussion.
Spirituality and Cancer: Led by Dana-Farber Chaplain Yaroslav Nalysnyk, MD, this group series addresses the important role of spirituality in coping with cancer.
Caregivers Coffee Hour: Who is a caregiver? Any family member, partner, or friend who is supporting someone through their care. A Dana-Farber One-to-One peer mentor volunteer and caregiver helps facilitate. Come and discuss shared experiences, while enjoying coffee with someone who has been there.
